Machine advantages
Our Ireland-made heaters, capable of reaching up to 700ºC, are encased in an insulated SUS304 cover, ensuring both efficiency and stability. The dual heating steps are engineered for optimal heating, while the adjustable height accommodates varying PVC pipe diameters seamlessly.
This advanced automatic pipe bending machine boasts a compact, integrated design that seamlessly combines pipeline transportation, heating, belling, pipe bending, and pipe outlet processes with full automation. Compared to manual machines, our production efficiency skyrockets by 3-5 times.
In the front bending section, a high-quality belling mold and clamping tool with a 45# nickel-phosphorus treatment are installed, complemented by Autonics photoelectric detection from abroad, ensuring precise belling length and an aesthetically pleasing appearance.
A meticulously installed scale allows for precise adjustments of the belling and bending mold base, maintaining a tight tolerance of each product within an impressive 1 mm.
With our automatic discharge device, operational efficiency is maximized. Upon receiving a signal, it automatically lifts and transports the product with ease, eliminating the need for manual labor while ensuring safety.
Our cutting-edge hydraulic system features the renowned Japanese YUKEN brand oil pump and hydraulic solenoid valve, supported by a high-quality energy storage system for optimal energy savings and reduced noise.
