Feeding belt conveyor

The belt conveyor, a standard feeding device, efficiently transports soft plastic waste like scraps, filaments, raffias, and films to the cutter compactor. For films in rolls, a roller haul-off feeding device is an option. With inverter-controlled speed, it adjusts automatically to meet the compactor's requirements.

Metal detector

Choose our metal detector to prevent damage to compactor knives by detecting metal within materials. Upon detection, it halts the belt conveyor, alerts the operator, and allows for metal removal. Available in both German and Chinese brands.

Cutter compactor

Our cutter compactor features fixed knives on the body and rotary knives on the bottom plate, effectively cutting materials into smaller pieces and agglomerating them slightly. This process reduces moisture and stabilizes feeding into the extruder. The compactor's temperature increases with cutting and friction but features automatic cooling for overheating, while an exhaust device expels moisture and dust during operation.

Two Stage Extruders

This state-of-the-art pelletizing line design integrates two robust single screw extruders, meticulously engineered to handle a diverse range of materials. It excels with heavily printed, highly contaminated, low fluidity, temperature-sensitive, and high moisture content materials.
