Feeding belt conveyor

Our standard feeding belt conveyor is expertly designed to transport soft plastic waste, such as scraps, filaments, raffias, and films, to the cutter compactor. For roll films, consider our roller haul-off feeding device for seamless integration. An inverter-controlled feeding speed syncs with the compactor current, ensuring automatic, precise feeding as needed.

Metal detector

Choose our optional metal detector for enhanced protection. It detects metals within materials, preventing potential damage to compactor knives. Upon detection, it triggers an alarm and halts the belt conveyor, allowing operators to safely remove metals before resuming operation. Available in trusted German and Chinese brands.

Cutter compactor

Our innovative cutter compactor features fixed knives along the sides and rotary knives at the bottom, effectively reducing materials to small pieces while facilitating slight agglomeration. This process removes moisture and stabilizes feeding to the extruder. As cutting and friction increase compactor temperature, an automatic over-temperature cooling system is activated. Additionally, a top-mounted exhaust device efficiently manages moisture and dust release during operation.
