Main Machines For the line

Belt conveyor

Our versatile belt conveyors, available in both light and heavy-duty types, are engineered with gearbox motors and side walls to prevent material loss. They feature optional metal detectors for enhanced safety.

Shredder

For substantial raw materials like large plastic drums, tanks, and Lumps, our shredders are the perfect choice for preliminary grinding. After initial crushing, materials proceed to further processing for more refined crushing, resulting in final material sizes under 12mm, optimal for pure cleaning. YILI offers a diverse range of shredders with varying capacities and functions to cater to customer needs.

Crusher

Our crushers transform materials into smaller sizes, using water to clean and cool the blades during processing. This module efficiently reduces large materials into manageable pieces, enhancing the washing process and simplifying packaging of the final product.

Frication Washer

The frication washer is engineered for high-speed cleaning with water, effectively removing contaminants, dirt, and grease. Post-washing, materials are transferred to the floating tank for additional cleaning.

Floating tank

This module expertly separates sediment and metal from materials. It features washing wheels of various designs for optimal function and speed, controlled via inverter. The magnetic valve at the bottom ensures timely discharge of impurities. Material: high-grade stainless steel.

Centrifugal Dryer

Our horizontal centrifugal dryer efficiently dries plastic flakes with high performance and minimal energy usage. The grid mesh includes a self-cleaning function, managed by a timer, providing both washing and drying capabilities.

Hot air pipeline heating

Constructed with stainless steel, this pipeline delivers hot air for further drying, effectively reducing moisture content within the material.
