Feeding belt conveyor

Our belt conveyor is the quintessential feeding solution, efficiently transporting plastic soft waste—such as scraps, filaments, raffias, and films—to the cutter compactor. For waste films in rolls, the roller haul-off feeding device ensures seamless feeding to the compactor. The feeding speed is expertly controlled by an inverter, harmoniously integrated with the compactor current for automatic, demand-based feeding.

Metal detector

For heightened safety and efficiency, our optional metal detector identifies metals within materials, safeguarding the compactor knives from potential damage. Upon detection, the system halts the belt conveyor and alerts operators to remove the metals before resuming operation. Choose from renowned German or Chinese brands for optimal performance.

Cutter compactor

Our cutter compactor, equipped with strategically positioned fixed and rotary knives, seamlessly reduces material to small pieces while inducing slight agglomeration, effectively removing moisture and ensuring a stable feed to the extruder. The compactor's temperature naturally rises through cutting and friction, with an automatic cooling system preventing overheating. Additionally, an integrated exhaust device efficiently removes moisture and dust, maintaining optimal operational conditions.

Two stage extruders

Our innovative pelletizing line design includes the integration of two robust single screw extruders, meticulously crafted to handle heavy printed, high-contaminated, low fluidity, temperature-sensitive, and high moisture content materials. This advanced system ensures optimal moisture removal and impurity extraction, thanks to its strategic incorporation of multiple exhausting ports and enhanced filtration capabilities. The result is granules that meet the most stringent quality standards, ready to fulfill high-specification requirements.

Melt Filter

Our state-of-the-art double-column melt filtration systems boast expansive filtering surfaces and can withstand melting pressures exceeding 25Mpa. Within the pelletizing line, customers can choose between double-column filters and plate-type filters based on their specific filtration needs. The system can accommodate multiple mesh layers for superior filtration, ensuring the production of pellets that meet exacting quality standards.

Under Water Pelletizer

The under water cutting system is expertly engineered to handle materials with high flow rates and challenging high viscosity classifications, which often present cutting difficulties.
