Belt Conveyor (Plate Chain Feeding Conveyor)

Double Shaft Shredder

Adopts thickened plate chain structure, 
anti-slip and anti-wear. It feeds bulk plastic films, 
woven bags and hard plastic materials evenly into
 the shredder. Variable frequency speed
 control ensures stable feeding quantity
 and avoids overloading the downstream machine.
Parameter: Variable speed, heavy-duty chain plate, 
anti-block feeding design

Low speed, high torque double shaft shredding system. Cuts large bales, big blocks and tangled

wasteplastic into small pieces.

Effectively reduces material volume and protects

 the crusher from oversized material impact.

anti-jam automatic reverse function

Metal Detector Conveyor

Plastic Crusher

High-precision metal detection device installed 
after shredding. Automatically senses iron, 
copper, aluminum and other hard metals,
 and removes impurities automatically. 
Core protection equipment to prevent crusher
 and friction washer blade damage.
Parameter: High sensitivity metal detection,
automatic rejection system

High-speed powerful crushing unit. 
Shredded materials are crushed into 
uniform 10–30mm plastic flakes. 
Standard flake size ensures fully cleaning 
effect in the washing process.

Screw Feeder

High Speed Friction Washer

Fully sealed spiral conveying structure. Transports

crushed plastic flakes into friction washer steadily. 
Avoids material leakage and dust flying,
 improves workshop cleanliness.
Parameter: Stainless steel screw, 
vertical lifting, continuous feeding

Core cleaning equipment of the whole line. High-speed rotating paddles produce strong water friction force, thoroughly remove surface mud, oil, glue, dust and stubborn dirt on plastic flakes.
Parameter: High RPM friction rotor, thickened washing tank, heavy-duty stirring blades

Floating Washing & Rinsing Tank

High Speed Dewatering Machine

Uses water density separation principle. Light clean plastic floats up, while sand, stones, heavy dirt and sediment sink to the bottom and are discharged. Complete secondary purification of plastic flakes.
Parameter: Multi-stage circulating water separation, sediment discharge system

Final processing unit of the washing line. Adopts high-speed centrifugal principle to separate water from plastic flakes. The final flake moisture content is less than 3%, which can be directly used for granulation.
Parameter: 1500–1800rpm high speed rotation, moisture ≤3%, high drying efficiency
