Product Introduction

YILI machinery supplies full ranges of PVC pipe making machines, which apply for U-PVC, C-PVC, M-PVC, O-PVC material. The PVC pipe extrusion line includes conical/parallel twin screw extruder, spiral die head, vacuum tank, water tank, haul-off, no-dust cutter or planetary cutter, belling machine with O-ring sockets or rectangular sockets or U types of sockets. Our PVC pipe machine can make pipes ranging from 16mm to 1000mm, wall thickness range of 1-30mm.

Haul-off Machine

All caterpillars of the hual-off are installed with high quality rubber blocks, or belts, controlled by servo motors.

Planetary Cutter

Low noise, less-dust cutter with online chamfering process, control is synchronized with haul-off to cut in set length.

Automatic Belling Machine

Both automatic and semi-automatic belling machines are available, with U type, R type and Square type of belling moulds, which can be customized also.
