Machine advantages
Equipped with Irish-made heaters that reach up to a formidable 700ºC, our machines feature insulating SUS304 covers. Dual heating phases guarantee consistent and effective pipe heating. The adjustable height of the heating device allows it to seamlessly adapt to varying PVC pipe diameters.
This fully automated pipe bending machine boasts a compact design, integrating pipeline transport, heating, belling, bending, and discharge functions. Compared to manual counterparts, it dramatically amplifies production efficiency by a remarkable 3-5 times.
At the forefront of our bending process lies a superior belling mold and clamping tool, treated with 45# nickel-phosphorus for durability. Paired with imported Autonics photoelectric detection, it ensures precision belling length and an impeccable finish.
A precision scale is installed to facilitate accurate adjustments of the belling and bending mold base, maintaining product tolerances within a tight 1 mm range.
Our automated discharge device, upon signal reception, efficiently lifts, collects, and dispatches products without manual intervention, enhancing safety and productivity.
The cutting-edge hydraulic system features a Japanese YUKEN brand oil pump and solenoid valve, alongside a high-quality energy storage system, ensuring superior energy efficiency and noise reduction.
