Feeding belt conveyor

The belt conveyor serves as the standard feeding apparatus, effortlessly transporting plastic soft waste like scraps, filaments, raffias, and films to the cutter compactor. For waste films in rolls, the roller haul-off feeding device offers an excellent alternative. Feeding speed is precisely controlled by an inverter, integrated with the compactor's current, ensuring automatic feeding aligned with compactor requirements.

Metal detector

Optional yet invaluable, the metal detector identifies metals within materials, safeguarding compactor knives. Upon detecting metals, the detector issues an alert and halts the belt conveyor, allowing operators to remove the metal and resume operation seamlessly. Customers can choose from premium German or trusted Chinese brands.

Cutter compactor

The sophisticated Cutter Compactor is engineered to operate seamlessly with fixed knives on the compactor body and rotary knives on the bottom plate. This dual-action mechanism meticulously slices the material into refined pieces while inducing slight agglomeration. This innovative process efficiently extracts moisture from the material, ensuring a smoother, more stable feed into the extruder. The built-in temperature regulation system, driven by cutting and friction, automatically cools if over-temperature is detected. Additionally, an exhaust device at the top of the compactor expels moisture and dust, maintaining optimal performance.

Two-Stage Extruders

This state-of-the-art pelletizing line integrates two single-screw extruders, meticulously designed for heavy printed materials, highly contaminated substances, materials with low fluidity, temperature-sensitive inputs, and those with high moisture content. The advanced system is adept at efficiently eliminating moisture and impurities post-granulation, thanks to numerous exhaust ports and filtration stages, resulting in superior quality granules that meet high standards.

Melt Filter

Our robust double-column melt filtration systems boast extensive filtering areas, capable of withstanding melting pressures exceeding 25Mpa. Customers can choose between double-column filters and plate-type filters based on their specific filtering needs. For enhanced purification, multiple mesh layers can be incorporated, tailored to meet the desired pellet quality.

Underwater Pelletizer
