Introduction
The innovative waste plastic film recycling and advanced washing line developed by YILI Machinery is engineered to process a diverse array of plastic soft materials, including PE and PP plastic films, PP woven bags, waste agricultural films, soft drip irrigation pipes, industrial packing films, and supermarket packing films. Encompassing a comprehensive production line, our system includes a shredder, crusher, frication washer, floating tank, and squeezer, with a capacity ranging from 300 to 1500 kg/hr. The film washing line guarantees precise and efficient decontamination of waste films through both cold and hot wash systems, leveraging cutting-edge recycling technologies. Post-wash, the high-quality end products can be used independently or combined with other materials for reprocessing, and even in new film blowing applications.

Main Machines For the line

Belt conveyor

 

Choose from light and heavy-duty belt conveyors, featuring a gearbox motor and side walls to prevent material spillage. Optional metal detector installation is available for enhanced safety and efficiency.

Shredder

For large raw materials like plastic drums, tanks, and die head material, we select shredders for initial grinding. Post-preliminary crushing, materials proceed to a secondary crusher for finer grinding. Final sizes are under 12mm, facilitating thorough cleaning. YILI offers a series of shredders with varying capacities and functionalities to suit customer needs.

Crusher

The crusher reduces material to smaller sizes while using water for cleaning and blade cooling. Large materials are transformed into small pieces, enhancing washing outcomes and simplifying packing of the final product.

Frication Washer

Our frication washer is expertly designed for high-speed washing with water, efficiently removing contaminants, dirt, and grease. After this stage, materials advance to the floating tank for further purification.

Floating tank

This module effectively separates sediment and metal from materials. Equipped with washing wheels and inverter speed control, it discharges impurities promptly via a magnetic valve. Constructed from stainless steel for durability.

Centrifugal Dryer

The horizontal centrifugal dryer dries plastic flakes with outstanding performance and low energy usage. Featuring a self-cleaning grid mesh with timer settings, it offers both washing and drying capabilities.

Hot air pipeline heating

Constructed from stainless steel, this pipeline delivers hot air for further material drying, reducing internal moisture effectively.
