Feeding belt conveyor

Our standard feeding device, the belt conveyor, efficiently transports plastic soft waste like scraps, filaments, raffias, and films to the cutter compactor. For waste films in rolls, opt for the roller haul-off feeding device. The feeding speed, adjusted by an inverter, synchronizes with the compactor's requirements for automatic, consistent operation.

Metal detector

Opt for a metal detector to safeguard the integrity of the compactor knives by detecting and alerting operators to any metal contaminants in the material, halting the belt conveyor for safe removal. Choose from trusted German and Chinese brands for reliable performance.

Cutter compactor

Our cutter compactor employs a dynamic combination of fixed and rotary knives to efficiently cut materials into smaller pieces and induce slight agglomeration. This process extracts moisture, stabilizing and easing extruder feeding. As cutting and friction raise the compactor's temperature, an automatic cooling system activates to maintain optimal conditions. An exhaust device is installed to remove moisture and dust, ensuring the compactor operates cleanly and efficiently.

Two stage extruders

This ingeniously designed pelletizing line incorporates two single screw extruders, tailored specifically for handling heavy printed materials, highly contaminated substances, materials with low fluidity, as well as temperature-sensitive and high moisture content materials. The exceptional design allows for enhanced moisture and impurity removal post-granulation through multiple exhaust outlets and filtration systems, producing granules that meet the highest quality standards.

Melt Filter

Our state-of-the-art double-column melt filtration systems boast expansive filtering areas and can withstand melting pressures exceeding 25Mpa. Depending on customer-specific filtration needs, both double-column and plate-type filters are available. These systems accommodate multiple layers of mesh, ensuring superior filtering that aligns with pellet quality standards.

Under Water Pelletizer

The under water cutting system is meticulously engineered for processing materials with high flow rates and elevated viscosity, which present challenges during cutting.
