Main Machines For the Line

Belt Conveyor

 

Choose between light and heavy-duty belt conveyors, equipped with a gearbox motor and sidewalls to prevent material spillage. Optionally, a metal detector can be installed on the conveyor.

Shredder

For processing large raw materials like plastic drums, tanks, lumps, and die head material, a shredder is employed for preliminary grinding. Post-initial crushing, materials move to a second-stage crusher for finer grinding. The resulting material, less than 12mm, is optimal for effective cleaning. YILI offers a series of shredders with varying capacities and functions to cater to customer requirements.

Crusher

The crusher breaks down materials into smaller pieces, incorporating water to both clean the material and cool the blades during the process. This stage enhances the washing result, ensuring the final product is ready for easy packaging.

Frication Washer

The friction washer rapidly cleans plastic materials using water, effectively removing contaminants, dirt, and grease. Post-washing, materials are further processed in the floating tank for enhanced cleaning.

Floating Tank

This module effectively separates sediment and metals from materials. With versatile washing wheels tailored for specific washing functions, speed controlled by an inverter, and a magnetic valve at the bottom for timely dirt discharge, it operates on stainless steel construction.

Centrifugal Dryer

The horizontal centrifugal dryer efficiently dries plastic flakes, providing high performance with minimal energy usage. Its grid mesh features a self-cleaning function, timed for convenience, offering dual washing and drying capabilities.

Hot Air Pipeline Heating

Constructed from stainless steel, the pipeline delivers hot air to further dry materials, effectively reducing moisture content.
