Main Machines For the line

Belt conveyor

Available in both light and heavy-duty types, these belt conveyors employ a gearbox motor and feature side walls to prevent material spillage. Additionally, they have the option to integrate a metal detector on the belt, enhancing safety and efficiency.

Shredder

For large raw materials like plastic drums, tanks, lumps, and die head material, our shredder is the ideal choice for initial grinding. Post preliminary shredding, the materials proceed to a secondary crusher for finer crushing, reducing them to sizes under 12mm, optimized for thorough cleaning. YILI offers a range of shredders with varying capacities and functionalities to cater to diverse customer needs.

Crusher

Designed to reduce materials to smaller sizes, the crusher operates with water to clean materials and cool blades during the process. This step transforms large materials into small fragments, enhancing the washing effectiveness and facilitating easier packing of the final product.

Frication Washer

Engineered for high-speed washing, the friction washer effectively removes contaminants, grime, and grease from the material using water. Post-washing, the material advances to the floating tank for further purification.

Floating tank

This module adeptly separates sediment and metal from materials. Equipped with uniquely designed washing wheels for targeted cleaning functions and speed adjustable via inverter control, it features a magnetic valve for timely discharge of contaminants. Constructed from stainless steel for durability.

Centrifugal Dryer

Our horizontal centrifugal dryer excels in drying plastic flakes with high performance and minimal energy use. Its grid mesh, equipped with a self-cleaning feature via timer setting, efficiently performs both washing and drying tasks.

Hot air pipeline heating

Constructed from stainless steel, this pipeline directs hot air inside to further dry the materials, effectively reducing their moisture content.
