Main Machines For the Line

Belt Conveyor

Select from either light or heavy-duty belt conveyors. Featuring a gearbox motor and side walls to prevent material spillage, our conveyors offer the option of installing a metal detector for enhanced functionality.

Shredder

For larger raw materials like big plastic drums, tanks, lumps, or die head materials, a shredder is utilized for preliminary grinding. Post initial crushing, the materials advance to a secondary crusher for further size reduction. The end result is material less than 12mm in size, ideal for deep cleaning. YILI offers a range of shredders with varying capacities and functionalities to meet diverse customer requirements.

Crusher

Our crusher efficiently reduces material size, incorporating water to cleanse and cool blades during processing. It expertly transforms large materials into smaller fragments, enhancing washing outcomes and simplifying packing.

Friction Washer

The friction washer is expertly crafted to wash plastics at high speed, effectively removing contaminants, dirt, and grease. Post-washing, materials are further cleaned in a floating tank for impeccable results.

Floating Tank
