Machine advantages
Our Irish-made heaters, capable of reaching up to 700ºC, come with an insulated SUS304 cover. The dual heating steps guarantee that pipes are heated consistently and efficiently. Moreover, the heater's adjustable height allows compatibility across various PVC pipe diameters.
This state-of-the-art automatic pipe bending machine boasts a compact design, seamlessly integrating pipeline transport, heating, belling, bending, and outlet processes with full automation. It boosts production efficiency by 3-5 times over manual machinery.
Strategically positioned at the bending front is a high-grade belling mold and clamping tool, treated with 45# nickel-phosphorus, paired with imported Autonics photoelectric detection, ensuring precise belling length and a flawless belling finish.
Equipped with a scale for precise belling and bending mold base adjustments, the machine guarantees product tolerance remains under 1 mm, ensuring superior quality control.
The intelligent automatic discharge device responds to signals by lifting, retrieving, and dispatching products autonomously, enhancing safety and eliminating labor reliance.
Our advanced hydraulic system incorporates a YUKEN brand oil pump and hydraulic solenoid valve from Japan, complemented by a top-tier energy storage system, ensuring both energy efficiency and noise minimization.
