Main Machines For the line

Belt conveyor

Choose from light to heavy-duty belt conveyors. Features include a gear box motor and side walls to prevent material spillage. Optional metal detectors can be installed to enhance operation.

Shredder

For oversized raw materials like large plastic drums, tanks, lumps, or die head material, a shredder performs initial grinding for size reduction. Post shredding, materials undergo secondary crushing, achieving sizes less than 12mm for pristine cleaning. YILI offers a variety of shredders with diverse capacities and functionalities to meet your needs.

Crusher

The crusher reduces material to smaller dimensions, and integrates water for cleaning and blade cooling during processing. It transforms large materials into smaller pieces, improving cleanliness and simplifying final product packing.

Friction Washer

Engineered for high-speed washing, the friction washer effectively removes contaminants, dirt, and grease from materials, setting the stage for further purification in the floating tank.

Floating tank

This module efficiently separates sediment and metal from material. It features washing wheels with varied designs to fulfill washing functions, speed controlled by an inverter. A magnetic valve at the bottom discharges debris promptly according to settings. Constructed from stainless steel for durability.

Centrifugal Dryer

The horizontal centrifugal dryer dries plastic flakes with exceptional efficiency and reduced energy usage. Its grid mesh is equipped with a self-cleaning function based on timer settings, providing comprehensive washing and drying.
