Machine advantages

The Irish-made heaters, capable of reaching temperatures up to 700ºC, feature an insulated SUS304 cover. Dual heating steps provide efficient and reliable heating for pipes, while adjustable heating device height accommodates different PVC pipe diameters.

This automatic pipe bending marvel boasts a compact design that seamlessly integrates pipeline transport, heating, belling, pipe bending, and outlet functions with full automation. Efficiency is amplified, boosting productivity 3-5 times over manual machines.

Our machine features a premium front bending unit with a high-quality belling mold and clamping tool, enhanced by 45# nickel-phosphorus treatment. It includes imported Autonics photoelectric detection for flawless belling length and pristine appearance.

An integrated scale for belling and bending mold base adjustments ensures each product's tolerance remains within an impressive 1 mm.

Upon receiving the signal, the automatic discharge device activates, lifting, grasping, and dispatching products autonomously. This setup eliminates the need for manual labor, enhancing safety and efficiency.

Our cutting-edge hydraulic system employs the Japanese YUKEN brand oil pump and hydraulic solenoid valve, complemented by a high-quality energy storage system for optimal energy efficiency and noise reduction.
