Main Machines For the line

Belt Conveyor

 

Select from both light and heavy duty types of belt conveyors. Each conveyor incorporates a gearbox motor and side walls to prevent material spillage, with the optional installation of a metal detector for added security.

Shredder

For large raw materials, such as plastic drums, tanks, lumps, or die head material, our shredder performs preliminary grinding. Post-preliminary crushing, materials are further reduced in a secondary crusher to achieve optimal sizes under 12mm, perfect for thorough cleaning. YILI offers a versatile series of shredders, accommodating various capacities and functions to meet diverse customer requirements.

Crusher

The crusher effectively reduces material to smaller sizes, incorporating water to cleanse the material and cool blades during the process. Large materials are broken down into manageable pieces, enhancing washing outcomes and simplifying the final product's packaging.

Frication Washer

Our frication washer is expertly designed to wash plastic at high speed with water, efficiently removing contaminants, dirt, and grease. Following the frication washer, materials proceed to the floating tank for additional cleansing.

Floating Tank

This module effectively separates sediment and metal from the material. Washing wheels are custom-designed to fulfill washing functions and are speed-controlled via an inverter. A magnetic valve at the bottom promptly discharges dirt, ensuring optimal cleanliness. Constructed from stainless steel for durability and hygiene.

Centrifugal Dryer

Our horizontal centrifugal dryer dries plastic flakes with exceptional efficiency and low energy use. The grid mesh features a self-cleaning function with a timer, offering comprehensive washing and drying capabilities.
