It consists of two sets of Single-Screw Extruders Perfectly designed for handling materials with heavy printing ink, high moisture content, poor fluidity, and temperature sensitivity, our system meets high impurity content requirements. The dual filtration system and multiple exhaust features ensure optimal performance. For high-viscosity polymers, underwater cutting offers superior output over spaghetti cutting. Feeding belt conveyor

As a standard feeding device, the belt conveyor efficiently transfers soft plastic waste, including scraps, filaments, raffias, and films, to the cutter compactor. For rolled waste films, an optional roller haul-off feeding device is available. Featuring an inverter-controlled feeding speed, the conveyor is integrated with compactor current, ensuring automated feeding that aligns with compactor requirements.

Metal detector

Offering an optional metal detector to customers, this device detects any metals within materials, safeguarding compactor knives from damage. Upon metal detection, the detector activates an alarm, halting the belt conveyor. The operator can then remove the metals before restarting the conveyor. Cutter compactor

Our cutter-compactor system ingeniously integrates fixed knives positioned strategically along the sides of the compactor body with rotary knives at the bottom. This innovative setup adeptly slices materials into smaller, manageable pieces while lightly agglomerating them, effectively removing internal moisture. As a result, feeding materials into the extruder becomes a seamless and stable process. The compactor's internal temperature naturally rises through cutting and friction, but worry not! Two-Stage Extruders
