HDPE pipe high-speed extrusion lines are extensively employed in nationwide projects for water supply, drainage, gas distribution, and residential plumbing systems. Constructed from hardened, high-grade alloy steel, it withstands continuous high-speed production while maintaining consistent quality. Vacuum Tank

This Vacuum Tank is constructed from durable SUS304 stainless steel, with a wall thickness ranging from 5mm to 7mm to ensure structural stability under continuous operation. It is equipped with an advanced automatic water temperature and level control system, which precisely maintains the optimal cooling environment for pipe shaping. This technology ensures consistent and efficient heat extraction, directly contributing to superior dimensional accuracy and surface finish of the HDPE pipes. Cooling Tank
