Main Machines For the line
Feeding belt conveyor

The belt conveyor is the standard feeding apparatus, expertly designed to transport soft plastic waste such as scraps, filaments, raffias, and films to the cutter compactor. For waste films in rolls, an optional roller haul-off feeding device is available to efficiently convey films to the compactor. Feeding speed is precisely controlled by an integrated inverter system, synchronized with the compactor current, ensuring automatic feeding tailored to compactor requirements.

Metal detector

An optional metal detector is available for discerning customers, capable of identifying metals within the material to prevent potential damage to the compactor knives. Upon metal detection, the detector triggers an alarm and halts the belt conveyor, allowing the operator to safely remove the metals before resuming operation. Customers have the choice of selecting between German and Chinese brands.

Cutter compactor

The cutter compactor is ingeniously engineered with fixed knives positioned at the sides of the compactor body and rotary knives strategically placed at the bottom plate. This dual-action mechanism not only precisely slices the material into smaller fragments but also induces slight agglomeration, effectively eliminating moisture from the material. This process ensures a more stable and straightforward feed into the extruder. The temperature naturally elevates within the compactor due to cutting and friction, but there's a sophisticated over-temperature cooling system in place that operates automatically. Additionally, an exhaust device is installed at the top of the compactor to efficiently extract moisture and dust during operation, maintaining optimal performance.

Two Stage Extruders

This state-of-the-art pelletizing line incorporates two single screw extruders, specifically recommended for processing heavily printed, highly contaminated, low fluidity, temperature-sensitive, and high moisture content materials. This exceptional design enhances efficiency by precisely removing moisture and impurities from the material post-granulation through multiple exhaust outlets and advanced filtration systems. It results in granules that meet high specification requirements, ensuring superior quality output.

Melt Filter

Our double-column melt filtration systems are engineered to provide expansive filtering areas and withstand melting pressures exceeding 25Mpa. Within the pelletizing line, you have the flexibility to choose between double-column filters and plate-type filters, tailored to the customer's specific filtering needs. These systems can accommodate multiple layers of mesh to enhance filtration, aligning with the desired quality standards of the pellets.

Under Water Pelletizer

The underwater cutting system is meticulously crafted for materials with high flow rates and high viscosity, which present challenges in the cutting process. Customers have the option to select from water ring cutting and spaghetti cutting based on their material characteristics and capacity requirements. Our expert team will recommend the most suitable cutting method for the customer, ensuring optimal performance according to specific material demands.

Vibration Sieve

The advanced vibration sieve is designed to accurately sort granules after cutting, ensuring a uniform size of the final products while simultaneously enhancing the cooling process for the granules. This ensures product consistency and quality.
