This includes materials such as PE or PP plastic film, PP woven bags, waste agricultural films, waste soft drip irrigation pipes, industrial packing films, and supermarket packing films. Our comprehensive production line boasts essential components like shredders, crushers, frication washers, floating tanks, and squeezers, with a remarkable processing capacity ranging from 300 to 1500 kg/hr. Main Machines For the line

Belt conveyor

 

Choose from both light and heavy-duty belt conveyors, designed with a gear box motor and side walls to prevent material spillage. Additionally, a metal detector can be installed on the belt conveyor for enhanced operational safety.

Shredder

For larger raw materials such as big plastic drums, tanks, lumps, and die head material, we employ shredders for preliminary grinding. Following initial shredding, the material proceeds to a secondary crusher for finer grinding, achieving final material sizes below 12mm for optimal cleaning. YILI provides a range of shredders with diverse capacities and functionalities to cater to customer preferences.

Crusher

This crusher is designed to reduce material to smaller sizes while maintaining efficiency. It incorporates water to clean materials and cool blades during the crushing process, transforming large materials into manageable pieces, thus enhancing washing results and facilitating easy packaging of the final product.

Frication Washer

Engineered for high-speed washing, the frication washer utilizes water to effectively remove contaminants, dirt, and grease from materials. After this stage, materials are directed to the floating tank for further cleaning.

Floating tank

This module efficiently separates sediment and metal from the material. The washing wheels come in various designs, tailored to meet specific washing functions and speeds, with inverter control for precision. The tank's bottom features a magnetic valve for timely dirt discharge, crafted from durable stainless steel.

Centrifugal Dryer

Our horizontal centrifugal dryer offers superior drying performance for plastic flakes, paired with low energy consumption. Equipped with a grid mesh featuring a self-washing function on a timer, it simultaneously washes and dries materials.

Hot air pipeline heating

Constructed from stainless steel, this pipeline introduces hot air for further drying, effectively decreasing moisture content within the material.
