Belt Conveyor

Choose from light and heavy-duty belt conveyors, equipped with a gearbox motor and side walls to prevent material spillage. Options to install metal detectors on the belt conveyor are available.

Shredder

For large raw materials like plastic drums, tanks, and lumps, our shredders provide initial grinding. Post this, materials undergo secondary crushing to achieve sizes under 12mm, facilitating superior cleaning. YILI offers a range of shredders with varying capacities and functions to cater to diverse customer needs.

Crusher

Our crushers reduce material size effectively, integrating water to clean and cool blades during operation. This module ensures large materials are broken down into smaller pieces, enhancing washing results and simplifying final product packaging.

Frication Washer

Designed for high-speed washing, the frication washer efficiently removes contaminants, dirt, and grease from materials. Post-wash, materials advance to the floating tank for further cleaning.

Floating Tank

This module effectively separates sediment and metal from materials. Featuring various washing wheel designs for optimal function, it includes speed control via inverter and magnetic valves for timely discharge of dirt. Constructed from durable stainless steel.

Centrifugal Dryer

Our horizontal centrifugal dryer delivers high-performance drying of plastic flakes with low energy usage. The grid mesh is self-cleaning through timer settings, offering both washing and drying capabilities.
