Feeding belt conveyor

Our standard feeding belt conveyor adeptly transports soft plastic waste, such as scraps, filaments, raffias, and films, to the cutter compactor. For rolled waste films, an optional roller haul-off feeding device is available. Feeding speed is seamlessly controlled by an inverter, integrated with the compactor's current, allowing automatic feeding adjustments according to compactor requirements.

Metal detector

Our optional metal detector ensures the protection of compactor knives by detecting any metals within the material. In the event of detection, it triggers an alarm and halts the belt conveyor, enabling operators to remove the metals before resuming operation. Customers can choose between renowned German and Chinese brands.

Cutter compactor

The cutter compactor operates with precision, utilizing fixed knives on the compactor body and rotary knives on the bottom plate. It efficiently cuts materials into smaller pieces while slightly agglomerating them, removing moisture, and stabilizing the feeding process to the extruder. The internal temperature rises via cutting and friction, with an automatic cooling system preventing overheating. An exhaust device atop the compactor effectively removes moisture and dust during operation.
