Our Irish-crafted heaters, capable of reaching 700ºC, are safeguarded by an insulated SUS304 cover. With dual heating phases, they provide consistent and reliable pipe heating. Adjustable heating device heights ensure compatibility across varying pipe diameters.

This state-of-the-art automatic pipe bending machine features a streamlined design, integrating pipelines, heating, belling, and outlet processes into one seamless, fully automated operation. Achieving production efficiency 3-5 times greater than manual counterparts.

The front bending includes a premium belling mold and clamping tool, precisely treated with 45# nickel-phosphorus. Enhanced with imported Autonics photoelectric detection, it guarantees precise, aesthetically pleasing bell lengths.
