Technology Process
The process includes: Extruder and Die set,
Calibrator, speciallydesigned for PPR pipes,
Vacuum & Cooling tank,
Cooling tank,
Fabricated from high-quality SUS304 material, ranging from 3mm to 5mm in thickness,
for efficient and rapid cooling.
Haul-off,
driven by a frequency inverter that transitions to a servo motor,
utilizing high-quality rubber belts or blocks,
and equipped with an encoder for precise pipe metering.
The no-dust cutter,
designed with a universal or cast aluminum fixture unit,
ensures smooth, dust-free cutting,
with synchronized servo motor control.
The Dual Position coiler,
features automatic pipe arranging,
accommodating pipe sizes from 16mm to 110mm.
