Machine advantages

Our Irish-made heaters, capable of reaching 700ºC, come with an insulated SUS304 cover for safety and efficiency. The dual heating steps ensure optimal and consistent heating for pipes. The adjustable height of the heating apparatus allows it to cater to PVC pipes of varying diameters seamlessly.

This innovative automatic pipe bending machine boasts a compact design that integrates pipeline transportation, heating, belling, pipe bending, and pipe output in a fully automated process. In comparison to manual counterparts, it boosts production efficiency by an impressive 3-5 times.

Equipped at the forefront with a high-grade belling mold and clamping tool, treated with 45# nickel-phosphorus, along with imported Autonics photoelectric detection, it guarantees precise belling length and an aesthetically pleasing belling finish.

A precision scale is fitted for the adjustment of the belling and bending mold base, ensuring each product maintains a tolerance within 1 mm, ensuring consistent quality.

Upon receiving a signal, the automatic discharge device will effortlessly lift, retrieve the product, and dispatch it without manual labor, providing an efficient and secure operation.

Our advanced hydraulic system features a Japanese YUKEN brand oil pump and hydraulic solenoid valve, complemented by a high-quality energy storage system for optimal energy savings and noise reduction.
