Machine advantages
With heaters made in Ireland, our machines can efficiently heat up to 700ºC, supported by an insulated SUS304 cover. The innovative dual heating steps ensure pipes are heated both efficiently and stably. Additionally, the adjustable height of the heating device makes it versatile for PVC pipes of varying diameters.
This state-of-the-art automatic pipe bending machine boasts a compact design that seamlessly integrates pipeline transportation, heating, belling, pipe bending, and pipe outlet, all under a fully automated system. Compared to manual alternatives, this machine enhances production efficiency by an impressive 3-5 times.
Equipped at the front with a high-quality belling mold and clamping tool treated with 45# nickel-phosphorus, alongside imported Autonics photoelectric detection, it ensures precise belling length and a flawless belling appearance.
A precision scale is installed for fine-tuning the belling and bending mold base, guaranteeing a product tolerance precision within 1 mm.
Upon receiving a signal, the automatic discharge device seamlessly lifts, secures, and dispatches the product, eliminating the need for labor while enhancing safety and efficiency.
Our advanced hydraulic system employs a Japanese YUKEN brand oil pump and hydraulic solenoid valve, complemented by a high-quality energy storage system to optimize energy efficiency and minimize noise.
