Feeding belt conveyor

The belt conveyor serves as the standard feeding apparatus, efficiently transferring plastic soft waste, such as scraps, filaments, raffias, and films, to the cutter compactor. For waste films in roll form, an alternative roller haul-off feeding device is available for film delivery to the compactor. The feeding speed, governed by an inverter synchronized with the compactor's current, adjusts automatically to meet compactor requirements.

Metal detector

An optional metal detector empowers customers to identify and address metal contaminants within the material, preventing potential damage to the compactor's knives. Upon detecting metals, the system triggers an alarm and halts the belt conveyor, allowing operators to remove the metals and resume operations. Customers can select from premium German or Chinese brands.

Cutter compactor

Engineered with precision, the cutter compactor operates with fixed knives along the compactor body and rotary knives on the bottom plate. This dual-action mechanism effectively reduces material size and promotes slight agglomeration, aiding in moisture removal and stabilizing the feed to the extruder. The temperature within the compactor rises due to cutting and friction, controlled by an automatic over-temperature cooling system. An exhaust device at the compactor's top efficiently extracts moisture and dust during operation.

Two Stage Extruders

This expertly crafted pelletizing line is designed with not just one, but two robust single-screw extruders. It is specially recommended for tackling heavily printed materials, highly contaminated or low fluidity materials, as well as temperature-sensitive and high moisture content materials. With this efficient setup, moisture and impurities are effectively removed after granulation through multiple exhaust outlets and filtration points, producing granules that meet the most stringent requirements.

Melt Filter

Our state-of-the-art double-column melt filtration systems boast expansive filtering areas and can withstand melting pressures exceeding 25Mpa. Depending on your precise filtering needs, you have the flexibility to choose between double-column filters and plate-type filters.
