Machine advantages
Our heaters, manufactured in Ireland with an insulated SUS304 cover, efficiently reach temperatures up to 700ºC. They feature dual heating steps to provide consistent and stable heat to pipes. The adjustable height of the heating device accommodates PVC pipes of various diameters with ease.
Offering a compact and streamlined design, this automatic pipe bending machine seamlessly integrates pipeline transportation, heating, belling, bending, and outlet processes into a fully automated system. Its efficiency surpasses manual machines, enhancing production rates by an impressive 3-5 times.
Equipped with a superior belling mold and clamping tool, treated with 45# nickel-phosphorus and imported Autonics photoelectric detection, our machine ensures precise belling lengths and an aesthetically pleasing finish on each product.
An innovative scale feature allows for precise adjustments of the belling and bending mold base, maintaining product tolerances within a mere 1 mm for impeccable accuracy.
Once the automatic discharge device receives the signal, it performs a seamless lift, grasp, and release of the product, eliminating the need for manual labor, thereby enhancing efficiency and safety.
