Feeding belt conveyor

Our belt conveyor system is the standard feeding apparatus designed to transport soft plastic waste such as scraps, filaments, raffias, and films directly to the cutter compactor. For waste films in rolls, the roller haul-off feeding device is an available option. The feeding speed is seamlessly controlled by an inverter, integrated with the compactor's current, which automatically adjusts to the compactor's requirements.

Metal detector

As an optional feature, our metal detector ensures the integrity of your materials by identifying any metal content within. This prevents potential damage to compactor knives. In the presence of metal, the detector activates an alarm and halts the belt conveyor, allowing operators to safely remove the metal before resuming operation. Choose from German or Chinese brands to best suit your preferences.

Cutter compactor

The cutter compactor is ingeniously designed, boasting fixed knives on the sides and rotary knives on the bottom plate. This dual-action mechanism not only slices the material into tiny pieces but also induces slight agglomeration, effectively extracting moisture and facilitating a more consistent and easier feed into the extruder. As the compactor operates, the friction and cutting naturally elevate the temperature, but rest assured, our automatic over-temperature cooling system maintains optimal conditions. Additionally, a strategically placed exhaust device efficiently removes moisture and dust during operations, ensuring an impeccable process.

Two Stage Extruders

This meticulous pelletizing line design features two single screw extruders, meticulously tailored for handling heavily printed, highly contaminated, low-flow, temperature-sensitive, and moisture-rich materials. This advanced configuration significantly enhances moisture removal and impurity filtration, thanks to its numerous exhaust ports and sophisticated filtration systems, delivering granules that meet the highest standards and specifications.

Melt Filter

Our robust double-column melt filtration systems provide expansive filtering areas and withstand melting pressures surpassing 25Mpa. Depending on customer-specific filtering preferences, both double-column and plate-type filters are available. Multiple mesh layers can be incorporated to achieve superior filtering, ensuring the pellets meet the requisite quality criteria.

Under Water Pelletizer

The specially engineered under water cutting system excels with materials of high flow rates and viscosity, which present cutting challenges.
