Machine advantages

Our heaters, sourced from Ireland, are designed to reach temperatures up to 700ºC and are encased in an insulated SUS304 cover. The two-step heating process ensures uniform and consistent heat distribution, adaptable to various PVC pipe diameters thanks to an adjustable heating height.

This state-of-the-art automatic pipe bending machine seamlessly integrates pipeline transportation, heating, belling, bending, and outlet processes with complete automation. Compared to manual counterparts, this machine boosts production efficiency by an impressive 3-5 times.

The front bending section is equipped with a premium belling mold and clamping tool, treated with 45# nickel-phosphorus for durability, alongside Autonics photoelectric detection for precise belling length and an aesthetically pleasing finish.

A precision scale is implemented to adjust the belling and bending mold base, ensuring each product maintains a tolerance within an exacting 1 mm.

Our automatic discharge system, responding to signals, deftly lifts, retrieves, and dispatches products without the need for manual intervention, enhancing both efficiency and safety.

The advanced hydraulic system employs a Japanese YUKEN brand oil pump and hydraulic solenoid valve, alongside a superior energy storage system, ensuring energy efficiency and reduced noise levels.
