Belt conveyor

 

Choose from light to heavy duty belt conveyors, featuring a dependable gear box motor and side walls to prevent material spillage. Optionally, install a metal detector on the conveyor for added precision.

Shredder

Efficiently manage oversized raw materials like plastic drums, tanks, lumps, and die head material with our shredders. After initial grinding, materials proceed to a secondary crusher for finer processing to under 12mm, enhancing cleaning purity. YILI offers a variety of shredders, accommodating different capacities and functions to suit your needs.

Crusher

Our crushers skillfully reduce material to smaller, manageable sizes, incorporating water to cleanse and cool blades. Large pieces are transformed into easy-to-pack fragments, improving washing results and convenience.

Frication Washer

The frication washer provides high-speed washing with water, effectively removing contaminants, dirt, and grease from materials. Following this, the material moves to the floating tank for enhanced cleanliness.

Floating tank

This module efficiently separates sediment and metal from materials. Customizable washing wheels and inverter-controlled speed, combined with a magnetic valve for timely dirt discharge, ensure optimal washing performance. Constructed with durable stainless steel.

Centrifugal Dryer

Our horizontal centrifugal dryer delivers high-performance drying with low energy consumption. Equipped with a self-cleaning grid mesh, it provides dual washing and drying functions for plastic flakes.

Hot air pipeline heating
