Main Machines For the Line

Belt Conveyor

Choose from light and heavy-duty belt conveyors. Equipped with a gearbox motor and side walls to prevent material spillage. Optional installation of metal detectors on the conveyor belt enhances functionality.

Shredder

For substantial raw materials such as large plastic drums, tanks, lumps, and die head material, shredders are employed for initial grinding. Post preliminary crushing, materials undergo secondary crushing to achieve finer particles, optimizing them for pure cleaning. YILI offers a series of shredders with varying capacities and capabilities to suit diverse customer requirements.

Crusher

The crusher reduces materials to smaller sizes while simultaneously cleansing with water and cooling the blades. This module processes large materials into manageable pieces, enhancing washing results and simplifying packaging of the final product.

Friction Washer

The friction washer operates at high speeds with water to effectively cleanse materials, removing contaminants, dirt, and grease. Post-friction washer, materials are transferred to a floating tank for additional cleaning.

Floating Tank

This module effectively separates sediment and metal from materials. The washing wheels are designed for optimal washing functions, with speed controlled by an inverter. A magnetic valve at the bottom discharges debris promptly as set. Constructed from stainless steel for durability.

Centrifugal Dryer

The horizontal centrifugal dryer delivers superior drying performance for plastic flakes while conserving energy. Equipped with a self-cleaning grid mesh, it ensures dual washing and drying functions for materials.

Hot Air Pipeline Heating

The pipeline, constructed from stainless steel, circulates hot air to further dry materials, minimizing internal moisture.
