Introducing the ZL Series, a groundbreaking compacting and pelletizing system that seamlessly integrates crushing, compacting, plasticization, and pelletizing into a singular, streamlined process. This state-of-the-art system is engineered specifically for the plastics recycling and pelletizing sectors, providing a dependable and highly efficient solution for re-pelletizing plastics film, raffias, filaments, bags, woven bags, and foamed materials.
The resulting pellets are ready for immediate integration into production lines for blowing film, tube extrusion, and injection molding, significantly boosting operational efficiency.
The system is comprised of two highly efficient sets of Single-Screw Extruders , expertly designed to handle materials with heavy printing ink, high moisture content, poor fluidity, and temperature sensitivity, as well as high impurity content. This requires an advanced double filtration system, multiple exhaust vents, and other stringent specifications. Our underwater cutting technology excels at processing a wide variety of high-viscosity polymers, achieving higher capacities compared to traditional spaghetti cutting. The entire pelletizing line is automated for seamless operation, low noise levels, and superior granule quality.

The belt conveyor, as a standard feeding apparatus, effectively transports soft plastic waste like scraps, filaments, raffias, and films to the cutter compactor. For waste films in rolls, an optional roller haul-off feeding device can be employed. The feeding speed is precisely controlled by an inverter integrated with the compactor's current to ensure automatic adjustment according to the compactor's requirements.

Metal detector
