Technology Process

Feeding Belt Conveyor

The belt conveyor serves as the pivotal standard feeding device, effortlessly channeling soft plastic waste such as scraps, filaments, raffias, and films into the cutter compactor. For waste films in rolls, an alternative roller haul-off feeding device is available to seamlessly deliver the films to the compactor. Equipped with an inverter-controlled feeding speed, it integrates perfectly with the compactor current, feeding automatically based on the compactor's precise requirements.

Metal Detector

The metal detector is an optional enhancement for customers, engineered to meticulously detect any metallic presence within the material, thus safeguarding the compactor's knives from potential damage. Upon detecting metals, the system promptly sounds an alarm and halts the belt conveyor, allowing operators to efficiently remove the metals and resume operations. Customers have the flexibility to choose between German and Chinese detection systems to meet their specific needs.

 

Cutter Compactor

The cutter compactor is a marvel of engineering, featuring fixed knives on the compactor body sides and rotary knives on the bottom plate, working in harmony to meticulously reduce the material into small pieces and initiate slight agglomeration. This process effectively eliminates moisture, ensuring smooth and stable feeding into the extruder. As cutting and friction increase the compactor's internal temperature, an automatic over-temperature cooling system is at the ready. An exhaust device atop the compactor actively removes moisture and dust during operation, enhancing overall efficiency.

Two Stage Extruder

This ingenious pelletizing line design, incorporating two single screw extruders, is ideal for processing heavily printed, highly contaminated, low fluidity, temperature-sensitive, and high moisture content materials. Melt Filter
