Introduction
The waste plastic film recycling and washing line crafted by YILI Machinery is designed to effectively process a variety of plastic soft materials, including those made of PE or PP, plastic film, PP woven bags, waste agricultural films, waste soft drip irrigation pipes, industrial packing films, and supermarket packing films. This comprehensive production line features equipment such as a shredder, crusher, friction washer, floating tank, and squeezer, boasting a capacity range from 300 to 1500 kg/hr. Our advanced film washing line guarantees precise and efficient decontamination of waste films with its dual cold and hot washing systems, utilizing cutting-edge recycling technologies. Post-washing, the resultant high-quality products can be used independently or blended with other materials for further processing, and are suitable for new film blowing applications.

Main Machines For the line

Belt conveyor

Choose between light and heavy-duty belt conveyors, each equipped with a gearbox motor and side walls to prevent material spillage. There is an optional feature to install a metal detector on the belt conveyor for enhanced safety and efficiency.

Shredder

For sizeable raw materials such as plastic drums, tanks, lumps, and die head material, shredders are selected for initial grinding. After this preliminary crushing stage, materials undergo a secondary crushing for finer processing. This ensures final material sizes are under 12mm, optimizing them for thorough cleaning. YILI offers a series of shredders with various capacities and functions to cater to diverse customer needs.

Crusher

The crusher reduces materials to smaller sizes while applying water to clean them and cool the blades during crushing. This module processes large materials into small fragments, enhancing washing results and simplifying final product packaging.

Frication Washer

The friction washer employs high-speed water washing to efficiently cleanse plastic materials of contaminants, dirt, and grease. After this stage, materials proceed to the floating tank for further purification.

Floating tank

This module effectively separates sediment and metal from materials. It features washing wheels with various designs for optimal washing functionality, with speed regulated by inverter control. The tank is equipped with a magnetic valve to discharge dirt as scheduled. Constructed from stainless steel for durability and hygiene.

Centrifugal Dryer

The horizontal centrifugal dryer delivers exceptional drying performance for plastic flakes while maintaining low energy consumption. Its grid mesh features a self-cleaning function activated by a timer, providing both washing and drying capabilities for materials.
