The core consumable parts are grinding disc plate and knife rotor disc. Adopting high quality alloy steel,

Grinding Disc Plate

Combined type cutter disc with multiple alloy blades. Blades can be individually adjusted and replaced. High crushing efficiency, reduce downtime for maintenance.

High precision tooth shaped grinding surface, good heat dissipation performance, excellent wear resistance. It realizes ultra fine grinding for plastic materials. Multiple sizes for different model pulverizers.

Packing & Delivery

1.The main machine is wrapped with stretch plastic film for dust proof and moisture proof protection.
2.Core spare parts (grinding disc plate, knife rotor, blades, bolts) are wrapped with anti rust film and packed in separate carton boxes to avoid collision and scratch.
3.All small fittings, tools and documents are stored in special accessory box.
4.Container loading: As shown in our real loading photo, heavy duty orange polyester packing belts are used to tightly lash and fix the machine frame to the container floor. This prevents shifting, tipping and collision damage during long distance sea transit.
5.For optional wooden case packing: fumigation free sturdy wooden case is available, also secured by packing belts inside container.
6.Clear shipping marks, model number, gross weight and dimensions will be marked on packages.
