YILI Machinery proudly offers a comprehensive suite of PVC pipe making machines, expertly designed for U-PVC, C-PVC, M-PVC, and O-PVC materials. Our state-of-the-art PVC pipe extrusion line features a conical twin-screw extruder, a spiral die head, a vacuum tank, a water tank, a haul-off system, and either a no-dust cutter or planetary cutter, accompanied by a belling machine with O-ring sockets, rectangular sockets, or U-type sockets. Our advanced PVC pipe machines are capable of producing pipes in dimensions ranging from 16mm to 630mm, with wall thicknesses spanning 1-30mm.
