Belt Conveyor

 

Choose from light or heavy-duty belt conveyors, equipped with gearbox motors and side walls to prevent material spills. Optional metal detector installation is available for enhanced safety and efficiency.

Shredder

For sizable raw materials like large plastic drums, tanks, lumps, and die head materials, shredders are employed for initial grinding. After this preliminary processing, materials proceed to a secondary crusher for finer grinding, achieving a size of less than 12mm for optimal cleaning. YILI provides a diverse range of shredders to meet assorted customer requirements, ensuring unmatched versatility.

Crusher

Our crushers transform materials into smaller sizes, utilizing water to not only clean but also cool the blades during operation. This process is crucial for enhancing the washing quality and simplifying the packaging of final products.

Frication Washer
