Feeding belt conveyor

The belt conveyor is the standard feeding device, efficiently transporting plastic soft waste like scraps, filaments, raffias, and films to the cutter compactor. For roll waste films, a roller haul-off feeding device can be chosen to direct films to the compactor. The feeding speed is inverter-controlled, synchronized with the compactor's current, enabling automatic feeding according to compactor requirements.

Metal detector

A metal detector is an optional feature, allowing customers to detect and eliminate metal contaminants within materials, thus preventing potential damage to compactor knives. Upon detecting metals, the detector triggers an alarm and halts the belt conveyor, allowing the operator to remove metals and resume conveyor operations. Customers can select from reputable German or Chinese brands.

Cutter compactor

The cutter compactor in our system brilliantly integrates precision and efficiency. With fixed knives at the compactor's sides and rotary knives at the bottom, it skillfully slices the material into fine pieces, inducing slight agglomeration for moisture removal. This ensures a seamless and stable feeding process into the extruder. As cutting and friction elevate the compactor's temperature, an automatic over-temperature cooling feature activates, guaranteeing optimal performance. Moreover, the top-mounted exhaust device effectively eliminates moisture and dust during operation, ensuring a clean and efficient process.
