Main Machines For the Line

Belt conveyor

 

Choose between light and heavy-duty belt conveyors, both featuring a robust gear box motor and side walls to prevent material loss. Optional metal detector installation enhances operational efficiency and safety.

Shredder

For handling large raw materials such as plastic drums, tanks, lumps, and die head material, our shredder performs preliminary grinding. After this initial step, materials are refined further in a secondary crusher to achieve sizes less than 12mm, ideal for effective cleaning. YILI offers a series of shredders with various capacities and functionalities to meet diverse customer needs.

Crusher

Our crushers are designed to reduce material size efficiently, incorporating water to clean and cool blades during operation. This process breaks down large materials into smaller, manageable pieces, optimizing the washing process and facilitating easy packaging of the final product.

Frication Washer
