Main Machines For the line

Belt conveyor

Choose from both light and heavy duty belt conveyors, featuring a gear box motor and side walls to prevent material loss. Enhance efficiency with the option of a metal detector installation on the belt conveyor.

Shredder

For large raw materials like sizable plastic drums, tanks, or lumps, our shredder performs initial grinding before the material is transferred to a secondary crusher for finer crushing. This process reduces material size to less than 12mm, optimizing it for thorough cleaning. YILI offers a diverse range of shredders tailored to varying capacities and functionalities to suit customer preferences.

Crusher

Our crusher is designed to reduce material size while cleaning and cooling the blades with water during the process. It efficiently transforms large materials into smaller, manageable pieces, enhancing the washing process and facilitating easy packing of the final product.

Frication Washer

The frication washer is engineered for high-speed washing with water, effectively removing contaminants, dirt, and grease from materials. Post-washing, the material proceeds to the floating tank for additional cleaning.

Floating tank

Effectively separate sediment and metals within this module. The floating tank, crafted with an array of washing wheels, meets specific washing functions, all controlled by an inverter. Equipped with a bottom magnetic valve for timely discharge of impurities, it is made from durable stainless steel.

Centrifugal Dryer

Our horizontal centrifugal dryer offers unparalleled drying performance with low energy demands. Featuring a self-cleaning grid mesh with a timed setting, it simultaneously washes and dries materials for optimized efficiency.

Hot air pipeline heating

Constructed from stainless steel, our pipeline infuses hot air to further dry materials, significantly reducing internal moisture.
