Belt Conveyor

Choose from light or heavy-duty belt conveyors, each designed with a gearbox motor and side walls to prevent material spillage. Enhance safety and efficiency with the optional metal detector installation on the conveyor.

Shredder

For large raw materials like big plastic drums, tanks, lumps, and die head material, our shredders perform initial grinding to prepare them for further processing. Once shredded, the material undergoes secondary crushing to reduce it to sizes under 12mm, facilitating superior cleaning. YILI offers an array of shredders with various capacities and functions to cater to diverse customer needs.

Crusher

Our crushers effectively reduce material size while utilizing water to enhance cleaning and blade cooling during operation. This crucial step turns large materials into manageable pieces, optimizing washing outcomes and easing packaging of the final product.

Frication Washer
