Main Machines For the line

Belt conveyor

Choose from light or heavy-duty belt conveyors, equipped with a gearbox motor and side walls to prevent material spillage. Optionally, install a metal detector on the belt conveyor for added safety.

Shredder

For larger raw materials like big plastic drums, tanks, lumps, or die-head material, our shredder performs preliminary grinding. Post preliminary crushing, materials proceed to a secondary crusher for finer crushing, achieving final sizes less than 12mm, ideal for thorough cleaning. YILI offers a diverse range of shredders with various capacities and functions to suit customer preferences.

Crusher

The crusher reduces materials to smaller sizes, utilizing water for effective cleaning and blade cooling during the crushing process. Large items are transformed into manageable pieces, enhancing washing efficacy and simplifying product packaging.

Frication Washer

Our friction washer is engineered for high-speed washing with water, efficiently removing contaminants like dirt, grease, and grime. Following this process, materials are transferred to the floating tank for additional cleaning.

Floating tank

Effectively separate sediment and metals using this module. Designed with diverse washing wheels for optimal functions and inverter-controlled speeds. Equipped with a magnetic valve for timely dirt discharge, crafted from robust stainless steel.

Centrifugal Dryer
