Main Machines For the Line

Belt Conveyor

Choose from light or heavy-duty belt conveyors that use a gearbox motor and feature side walls to prevent material spillage. Optional metal detector installation available.

Shredder

For oversized raw materials like large plastic drums, tanks, and lumps, our shredder offers initial grinding. After this initial reduction, materials proceed to a secondary crusher for finer grinding, resulting in material sizes under 12mm for optimal cleaning. YILI provides a series of shredders with varying capacities and functions tailored to customers' needs.

Crusher

The crusher reduces material to smaller sizes and includes water to clean and cool blades during crushing. This module processes large materials into manageable pieces, enhancing washing results and simplifying final product packaging.

Frication Washer

Designed for high-speed washing with water, the friction washer effectively removes contaminants, dirt, and grease. Post-wash, materials proceed to the floating tank for additional cleaning.

Floating Tank

Efficiently separates sediment and metal using varied wheel designs for optimal washing. Speed is controlled via inverter, and a magnetic valve at the bottom expels dirt as needed. Constructed with stainless steel.

Centrifugal Dryer

This horizontal centrifugal dryer excels in drying plastic flakes, offering high performance with low energy consumption. The grid mesh features a self-cleaning function with timer settings, providing comprehensive washing and drying.

Hot Air Pipeline Heating

Constructed from stainless steel, this pipeline introduces hot air to effectively dry materials further and reduce moisture content.
