Main Machines For the line

Belt conveyor

Choose between light and heavy-duty belt conveyors, each equipped with a gearbox motor and side walls to prevent material spillage. An optional metal detector can be installed for enhanced operation.

Shredder

For larger raw materials, such as oversized plastic drums, tanks, lumps, and die head materials, shredders are employed for initial grinding. Following preliminary crushing, materials proceed to secondary crushing for finer degradation, resulting in pieces smaller than 12mm for optimal cleaning. YILI offers a series of shredders with diverse capacities and functionalities tailored to customer needs.

Crusher

Our crusher minimizes material size while integrating water for enhanced cleaning and blade cooling during operation. Large materials are transformed into smaller pieces, optimizing washing results and facilitating convenient packaging of the final product.

Frication Washer

Designed for high-speed washing, the frication washer effectively eliminates contaminants, dirt, and greases from the material. Post-wash, materials proceed to the floating tank for additional cleaning.

Floating tank

This module efficiently separates sediment and metal from the material. Varied designs of washing wheels cater to specific washing functions, with speed regulated by inverter control. A magnetic valve at the bottom ensures timely discharge of contaminants. Constructed from high-grade stainless steel.

Centrifugal Dryer

Our horizontal centrifugal dryer excels in drying plastic flakes with superior performance and minimal energy consumption. Featuring a self-cleaning grid mesh with timer settings, it provides thorough washing and drying.

Hot air pipeline heating

The stainless steel pipeline conducts hot air internally for further drying, significantly reducing moisture content within the material for optimal results.
