Main Machines For the line
Feeding belt conveyor

The belt conveyor serves as the standard feeding mechanism, efficiently delivering soft plastic waste such as scraps, filaments, raffias, and films to the cutter compactor. For waste films in rolls, a roller haul-off feeding device is available. The feeding speed is inverter-controlled and integrated with the compactor's current, ensuring automatic feeding in accordance with the compactor's needs.

Metal detector

An optional metal detector is available to safeguard the system by detecting metals within the material, preventing damage to the compactor's knives. If metal is detected, the system alerts operators, halting the belt conveyor so the metal can be safely removed. Customers have the option to choose between renowned German and Chinese brands.

Cutter compactor

The cutter compactor features fixed knives along the compactor body and rotary knives at the bottom plate, adept at both cutting the material into smaller pieces and causing slight agglomeration. This process removes moisture, facilitating stable and efficient feeding to the extruder. As the temperature rises due to cutting and friction, an automatic over-temperature cooling mechanism activates, with an exhaust device installed on top to manage moisture and dust extraction during operation.

Two Stage Extruders

This innovative pelletizing line design features two robust single screw extruders, meticulously engineered for processing heavy printed and highly contaminated materials. Ideal for low fluidity, temperature-sensitive, and high moisture content materials, this line excels in efficiently eliminating moisture and impurities. Melt Filter

Our state-of-the-art double-column melt filtration systems provide extensive filtering areas and withstand melting pressures exceeding 25Mpa. Within the pelletizing line, customers can select between double-column and plate type filters tailored to their specific filtering needs. Under Water Pelletizer
