Main Machines For the line

Belt conveyor

Our belt conveyors come in both light and heavy-duty types, powered by a robust gear box motor and equipped with side walls to prevent material spillage. For added security, a metal detector can be optionally installed on the conveyor.

Shredder

For larger raw materials, such as big plastic drums, tanks, lumps, or die head materials, our shredders are the first step, performing preliminary grinding with precision. After this initial reduction, materials proceed to the second-stage crusher for a finer grind, achieving final sizes of less than 12mm. This size is optimal for pure cleaning. Our series of shredders offer a range of capacities and features to cater to diverse customer needs.

Crusher

Our crushers are designed to break down materials into smaller, more manageable sizes. Incorporating water in the process not only cleans the material but also cools the blades, ensuring durability. Large pieces are efficiently reduced to smaller fragments, enhancing washing results and simplifying packaging.

Frication Washer

The frication washer is engineered for high-speed washing, utilizing water to effectively eliminate contaminations, dirt, and grease. Post-washing, materials are transferred to the floating tank for further purification.

Floating tank

Our floating tank module separates sediments and metals with remarkable efficiency. Featuring washing wheels designed for optimal washing performance and speed, controlled by an inverter, the tank's bottom is equipped with a magnetic valve to promptly discharge debris. Crafted from stainless steel, it ensures durability and reliability.

Centrifugal Dryer

The horizontal centrifugal dryer excels in drying plastic flakes with high efficiency and minimal energy usage. Its grid mesh is self-cleaning, timed for automatic operation, providing both washing and drying functions for materials.

Hot air pipeline heating

Constructed with stainless steel, the hot air pipeline is designed to deliver hot air internally, effectively drying materials further by reducing internal moisture content.
