Introduction
The waste plastic film recycling and washing line produced by YILI Machinery is expertly crafted to handle a wide range of plastic soft materials, such as PE or PP plastic film, PP woven bags, waste agricultural films, waste soft drip irrigation pipes, industrial packing films, supermarket packing films, etc. Equipped with a shredding unit, crushing system, frictional washer, floating tank, and squeezer, our advanced production line boasts capacities ranging from 300 to 1500 kg/hr. Our film washing line guarantees meticulous and effective decontamination of waste films, featuring both cold and hot washing systems, and employing the most advanced recycling technologies. The final washed products achieve exceptional quality, suitable for standalone use or blending with other materials for reprocessing, and are even viable in new film-blowing applications.

Main Machines For the line

Belt conveyor

Our belt conveyors, available in both light and heavy-duty types, are equipped with a gearbox motor and side walls to prevent material spillage. There's also an option to integrate a metal detector into the belt conveyor for enhanced safety and efficiency.

Shredder

For handling large raw materials like plastic drums, tanks, lumps, or die head materials, our shredder performs preliminary grinding. Post-initial crushing, materials proceed to a secondary crusher for finer grinding. The final material size is reduced to less than 12mm, promoting thorough cleaning. YILI offers a range of shredders with various capacities and functions, catering to diverse customer needs.

Crusher

Our crusher is engineered to reduce material to smaller sizes, utilizing water to cleanse materials and cool blades during processing. This module transforms large materials into smaller pieces, enhancing washing outcomes and facilitating easy packaging of the final product.

Frication Washer

The friction washer is designed for high-speed washing of plastics with water, efficiently removing contaminants, dirt, and grease from the material. Following this process, the material moves to the floating tank for additional cleaning.

Floating tank

In this module, sediment and metal are effectively separated from the material. Various washing wheels are designed to fulfill the washing function, with speed regulated by inverter control. Its bottom features a magnetic valve for timely discharge of debris as per settings. Constructed from stainless steel for durability.

Centrifugal Dryer

Our horizontal centrifugal dryer excels in drying plastic flakes with high performance and low energy use. It features a self-cleaning grid mesh, operating on a timer setting. This equipment provides both washing and drying capabilities for materials.

Hot air pipeline heating

Constructed from stainless steel, the pipeline introduces hot air for further material drying, effectively reducing internal moisture levels.
